We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products from the date of delivery. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. The return must include all original packaging and any accessories that came with the product.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: Contact our customer support team at Raizoncare Pvt. Ltd. to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. You can reach us via email at admin@raizoncare.com or by phone at +91-1141418999. Our customer support team will provide you with an RA number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Pack the product securely, including the original packaging, and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the return to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds and Processing Time:

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 30 business days. The refund will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process, and once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, upon verification of the damage or defect.
